All the vacant campsites that are listed in green should qualify for the dues referral program. Any Lake Adventure
property owner can receive a $250.00 dues credit from LACA Inc. upon the sale of a LACA Inc. owned campsite. There
is no limit on the amount of dues credits you can receive. So if you, a Lake Adventure property owner, refers three
people to our office and these three people each purchase a separate LACA Inc. owned campsite, then you will receive a three
$250.00 dues credits even if you dues are already paid. The dues credits can be carried forward to your next year's
dues payments. However, there is a limit of one $250.00 dues credit per sale of an individual LACA Inc. owned campsite.
Please let JOCO Real Estate know whom you are referring to so your name and campstie number can appear in the agreement of
sale for a LACA Inc. owned campsite. This offer only applies to LACA Inc. owned campsites and does not apply
to privately owned properties list on this website.
