There is a 2% discount on property taxes if paid early.
There is a $100.00 discount on association dues of paid
in full by April 30 each year.
Please note your dues will be $50.00 per year higher if your campsite is serviced by
50 amp electric service. About 400 sites now have 50 amp service.
Association dues include the following: water,
sewer, electricity, garbage, road maintenance, 24 hour patrolling security 365 days a year, snowplowing and use of recreation
facilities.
EXTRAS
Lake Adventure now has excellent cellular telephone service due
to new tower adjacent to the campground. Call your cell. company for details.
Lake Adventure now has FREE WIFI internet access at the clubhouse, library and laundromat. Spend the summer at the lake and work.
