There is a 2% discount on property taxes if paid early.
There is a $100.00 discount on association dues of paid in full by April 30 each year.
Please note your dues will be $50.00 per year higher if your campsite is serviced by 50 amp electric service. About 400 sites now have 50 amp service.
Association dues include the following: water, sewer, electricity, garbage, road maintenance, 24 hour patrolling security 365 days a year, snowplowing and use of recreation facilities.
LAKE ADVENTURE ANNUAL COSTS
Lake Adventure is surrounded by 19 square miles of state hunting land with many campsites located on the state forest or a short stroll from the state forest. Save your hunting camp rental fees and have a year round campsite at Lake Adventure. Bear, deer, turkeys, various birds as well can be hunted in these lands with your PA hunting licenses..

Lake Adventure now has excellent cellular telephone service due to new tower adjacent to the campground. Call your cell. company for details.
